Daycare at Canine to 5
We offer daycare services 5 days a week, Mon-Fri. While your dog is spending the day with us, we will place your dogs into appropriately sized play groups and allow for proper breaks. Each dog must come for an initial trial so that we can observe their play style and assess which group of dogs might be the best fit for them (some dogs will require more than one trial day). Once they are placed in a play group or with another dog, we will continue to observe and assess their behaviors to ensure everyone remains comfortable and happy during play. At drop off and pick up (as well as lunchtime), each dog will be placed in kennels, so it is recommended that they are comfortable and familiar with kennels. You’re welcome to bring a lunch meal if you’d like them to eat at lunch, but please note that their lunch break will be a little longer so that their food can properly settle. Rest assured they’ll still have plenty of playtime throughout the day!
Daycare benefits:

Your dog needs to be socialized and will learn these social skills with other dogs.
The social skills learned will help with better leash walking and human interactions.

Daycare drop-off is between 7:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m.
Daycare pickup is between 4:00 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.
